Having seen many changes in the broadcast industry over the last 30 or so years, Andrew firmly believes that the key differentiator between products of similar specs – but from different OEMs – is the service and support you wrap around those products or services.

Andrew’s career in tech sales has been with organisations such as Racal, Panasonic, Sony, Nagravision and, most recently, Optiva Media. In his view, each client, regardless of spend, deserves the same care and attention to detail, and it is this philosophy that drives Andrew to support operators by offering exciting, relevant technologies that meet or exceed their requirements, backed by first class customer service.
